Refer to the earlier news disseminated by DSE on 20.08.2023 regarding Dividend Declaration, the Company has further informed that pursuant to the Order passed by the Honorable High Court Division, Supreme Court of Bangladesh, the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to hold the 26th Annual General Meeting (pending AGM for the year 2021) of the Company on November 15, 2023 at 11:00 AM through Digital Platform.
