(Continuation news of BPML): The Company also informed that Earnings per share (EPS) decreased for lower profit after tax from same period of previous year. Decline in profit is driven by slashing the sales rate as result of lower sales volume, impact of COVID-19 pandemic, decrease in production volume, increase in utility costs and other fixed overhead costs, bank interest, increased in depreciation expenses.
