BPML Corporate Disclosure — 2 February 2025

Reasons for deviation: Due to the economic and political variability as discussed in the statement of deviation and outlook in financial statement, sales decreased by 274.95 crore during the 2nd quarter of the year 2024-2025 from the same period of the year 2023-2024. As a result, EPS decreased. NOCFPS has increased from the previous year because of increase in sales collection and decrease in payment to suppliers & others.

বিচ্যুতির কারণ: আর্থিক বিবৃতিতে বিচ্যুতি এবং দৃষ্টিভঙ্গির বিবৃতিতে আলোচনা করা অর্থনৈতিক ও রাজনৈতিক পরিবর্তনশীলতার কারণে, 2023-2024 সালের একই সময়ের থেকে 2024-2025 সালের 2য় ত্রৈমাসিকে বিক্রয় 274.95 কোটি কমেছে। ফলে ইপিএস কমেছে। বিক্রয় সংগ্রহ বৃদ্ধি এবং সরবরাহকারী এবং অন্যান্যদের অর্থপ্রদান হ্রাসের কারণে NOCFPS আগের বছরের তুলনায় বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে।
