BPPL Corporate Disclosure — 1 January 2026

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has assigned Surveillance entity rating of the Company as "AA2" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to 30 June 2025 and other relevant quantitative and qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

ক্রেডিট রেটিং এজেন্সি অফ বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেড (CRAB) ৩০ জুন ২০২৫ পর্যন্ত নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি এবং রেটিং ঘোষণার তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত এবং গুণগত তথ্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে কোম্পানির সার্ভিল্যান্স এন্টিটি রেটিংকে দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "AA2" এবং স্বল্পমেয়াদে "ST-2" হিসাবে স্থির দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি নির্ধারণ করেছে।
