The Company has informed that they have approved audited half yearly financial statements for further issuance of subordinated bonds for Tier-II capital against regulatory requirement. Consolidated NOCFS was Tk. 12.99 from January 01 to June 30, 2016 and Consolidated NAV Per Share was Tk. 31.40 as on June 30, 2016.
