The Company has further informed that the Bank was supposed to conduct a discussion session with Bangladesh Bank Inspection team prior to the finalization of the Audited Financial Accounts, which has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstance. The consideration of the accounts at the Board meeting is being deferred until such time that the Company receives confirmation from Bangladesh Bank. The Company has further informed that intimation on the scheduled date will be given in due course.
