The Company has informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), has approved the issuance of up to of BDT. 6000 million non-convertible, privately placed, redeemable, unsecured, fixed coupon, senior bond by Brac bank Limited to raise funds for providing affordable housing finance to lower and middle income group of the country subject to necessary regulatory approval.
