The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to build Head Office building of the Company. The Company informed that they will explore suitable land to be purchased in Dhaka City and select competent construction firms. All potential transactions in this regard will be subject to due diligence, as well as necessary regulatory and other approvals.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ কোম্পানির প্রধান কার্যালয় ভবন নির্মাণের সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে তারা ঢাকা সিটিতে কেনার জন্য উপযুক্ত জমি অন্বেষণ করবে এবং উপযুক্ত নির্মাণ সংস্থা নির্বাচন করবে। এই বিষয়ে সমস্ত সম্ভাব্য লেনদেন যথাযথ অধ্যবসায়, সেইসাথে প্রয়োজনীয় নিয়ন্ত্রক এবং অন্যান্য অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে হবে।
