Disclosures regarding recommendation of Stock dividend: i) Bonus shares have been recommended to strengthen the capital base of the Company to support business growth. ii) Bonus shares have declared out of current year's profit. iii) Bonus shares are not declared from capital reserve or revaluation reserve or any unrealized gain or out of profit earned prior to incorporation of the company or through (cont.2)
