(Continuation news of BRACBANK): reducing paid-up capital or through doing anything so that the post-dividend retained earnings become negative or a debit balance. The company has further informed that the Authorized Capital of the company be increased from TK. 2000,00,00,000.00 (taka two thousand crore) only to TK. 5000,00,00,000.00 (taka five thousand crore) only as well as amendment of Clause-6 of the Memorandum of (cont.3)
