BRACBANK Corporate Disclosure — 3 April 2024

(Continuation news of BRACBANK): as against Tk. 3.75, Tk. 38.03 and Tk. 23.39 respectively for the year ended December 31, 2022. Reasons for declaration of stock dividend: i) Bonus shares have been recommended to strengthen the capital base of the Bank to support business growth. ii) Bonus shares have been declared out of the current year's profit.
