Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 03.04.2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that they are yet to receive the consent of "Stock Dividend" from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission. The record date on May 07, 2024 of the company is applicable for only Cash Dividend and AGM of the company. The record date for "Stock Dividend" will be announced once consent is obtained from the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission.
