BRACBANK Corporate Disclosure — 15 June 2025

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company, on June 04, 2025, through 'Resolution by Circulation' has approved to issue "BRAC Bank Social Subordinated Bond". The proposed bond will be Non-Convertible, Unsecured, Fully Redeemable, Coupon-Bearing, Floating Rate, Social Subordinated Bond of up to BDT 1,000 Crore (Taka One Thousand Crore), with a tenure of 07 years through private placement. কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ৪ জুন, ২০২৫ তারিখে 'রেজোলিউশন বাই সার্কুলেশন'-এর মাধ্যমে "ব্র্যাক ব্যাংক সোশ্যাল সাবঅর্ডিনেটেড বন্ড" ইস্যু করার অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। প্রস্তাবিত বন্ডটি হবে নন-কনভার্টেবল, আনসিকিউরড, ফুলি রিডিমেবল, কুপন-বেয়ারিং, ফ্লোটিং রেট, সোশ্যাল সাবঅর্ডিনেটেড বন্ড যার মূল্য হবে ১,০০০ কোটি টাকা (এক হাজার কোটি টাকা) পর্যন্ত, যার মেয়াদ হবে ৭ বছর এবং প্রাইভেট প্লেসমেন্টের মাধ্যমে। (চলবে)
