BRACBANK Corporate Disclosure — 20 July 2025

Pursuant of the rule 10(7)(f) of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Credit Rating Companies) Rules, 2022, Dr. A K Abdul Mubin, Chairman of the National Credit Ratings Limited has reported that he intends to sell 14,299 shares of BRAC Bank PLC. through Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) within next 30(thirty) working days from the date of receipt of this report by the Bangladesh Securities and exchange Commission.

বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন (ক্রেডিট রেটিং কোম্পানিজ) বিধিমালা, ২০২২ এর ১০(৭)(চ) বিধি অনুসারে, ন্যাশনাল ক্রেডিট রেটিং লিমিটেডের চেয়ারম্যান ড. এ কে আব্দুল মুবিন জানিয়েছেন যে তিনি বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন কর্তৃক এই প্রতিবেদন প্রাপ্তির তারিখ থেকে পরবর্তী ৩০ (ত্রিশ) কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ পিএলসি (ডিএসই) এর মাধ্যমে ব্র্যাক ব্যাংক পিএলসির ১৪,২৯৯টি শেয়ার বিক্রি করতে চান।
