In connection with the Company's earlier news (disseminated by DSE on 05.03.2015) the Company has further informed that the Loan Agreement for procuring 6 (six) new vessels (3 product Oil Tankers with 39,000 DWT each and 3 Bulk Carriers), under Concessional loan of the Chinese Government under Government to Government basis, has been signed on 14.10.2016. These vessels will be added in the BSC 's fleet from 2018 onwards in phases.
