With reference to the Companys news disseminated today (23.04.2015), it is to be further informed that the recommended 10% Cash Dividend (i.e. Tk. 10.00 per share of Tk. 100.00 each) is only for General Shareholders except Government. The Government shareholding position is 52.10%, i.e. 70,94,950 shares of the Company. The General shareholders hold 47.90% i.e. 65,24,250 shares of the Company and the general shareholders will get cash dividend of Tk. 6,52,42,500.00.
