(Qualified Opinion): The auditor of the company has given the following Qualified Opinion in the audit report of the company for the year ended on 30 June 2013: "Qualified Opinion" 1. Deferred taxes on temporary difference on PPE and gratuity provision have been considered for deferred tax calculation. However, these items were neither recognised in profit and loss as per para 58 and nor recognised outside profit or loss 61A of IAS 12 Income taxes and we are not in a position to calculate the amount to be charged in profit or loss and outside profit or loss i.e. directly in equity.
