(Continuation news of BSC):are not aware as BSC Authority didn't have any communication with Beximco Ltd. regarding nomination or election of members in the BSC Board of Directors. According to Section 6 of the Act-2017, the activities of the BSC Board of Directors are being conducted in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations of the BSC Act-2017, Corporate Governance Code, BSEC, DSE and CSE through the Board of Directors formed by the Government.
