BSC Corporate Disclosure — 8 April 2024

The company has informed that BSC MRG Limited, a private company, has completed its registration with Office of the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) on 22-01-2024 and is at the stage of commencing operations. 45% share has been given to Bangladesh Shipping Corporation (BSC) as a member in the said company and BSC has no financial investment in the said company at this stage.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে BSC MRG Limited, একটি বেসরকারী কোম্পানি, 22-01-2024 তারিখে রেজিস্ট্রার অফ জয়েন্ট স্টক কোম্পানিজ অ্যান্ড ফার্মস (RJSC)-এর অফিসে তার নিবন্ধন সম্পন্ন করেছে এবং কার্যক্রম শুরু করার পর্যায়ে রয়েছে। বাংলাদেশ শিপিং কর্পোরেশনকে (বিএসসি) 45% শেয়ার উল্লিখিত কোম্পানিতে সদস্য হিসাবে দেওয়া হয়েছে এবং এই পর্যায়ে বিএসসি-এর উক্ত কোম্পানিতে কোনো আর্থিক বিনিয়োগ নেই।
