BSC Corporate Disclosure — 7 August 2025

The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on August 06, 2025 has approved the tender evaluation committee's report regarding acquisition of two new ships from China using BSC's own fund (about USD 78.00 million). The proposal for the acquisition will be placed before Advisory Committee on Government Procurement for final approval.

কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ০৬ আগস্ট, ২০২৫ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তাদের সভায় বিএসসির নিজস্ব তহবিল (প্রায় ৭৮.০০ মিলিয়ন মার্কিন ডলার) ব্যবহার করে চীন থেকে দুটি নতুন জাহাজ অধিগ্রহণ সংক্রান্ত দরপত্র মূল্যায়ন কমিটির প্রতিবেদন অনুমোদন করেছে। অধিগ্রহণের প্রস্তাব চূড়ান্ত অনুমোদনের জন্য সরকারি ক্রয় সংক্রান্ত উপদেষ্টা কমিটির সামনে উপস্থাপন করা হবে।
