The Board of Directors of the company has decided to transfer 6 x 100 GBPS capacity from the western part of the core cable of the SMW-5 submarine cable to Yanbu in Saudi Arabia to Marseille PoP in France of at a one-time fee of USD 3.6 million subject to applicable operating and maintenance costs for the specified capacity at the time of transfer, provided by Saudi Telecom.
