BSCPLC Corporate Disclosure — 25 January 2022

Reference to earlier news disseminated by DSE on 29.12.2021 regarding decision to issue shares in favor of Government, the Company has further informed that the Board of Directors has decided to issue 1,48,69,037 shares at face Value BDT 10.00, Issue Price BDT 110.20 as it was last dated market price of the year (1,27,04,174 shares for 2015-16 and 21,64,863 shares for 2016-17). The company also informed that they have received Consent from the relevant ministry of the Government for issuance of shares.

সরকারের পক্ষে শেয়ার ইস্যু করার সিদ্ধান্তের বিষয়ে 29.12.2021 তারিখে ডিএসই দ্বারা প্রচারিত পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের রেফারেন্স, কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ 1,48,69,037টি শেয়ার ইস্যু করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে অভিহিত মূল্য 10.00 টাকা, ইস্যু মূল্য BDT। 110.20 হিসাবে এটি বছরের শেষ তারিখের বাজার মূল্য ছিল (2015-16 এর জন্য 1,27,04,174 শেয়ার এবং 2016-17 এর জন্য 21,64,863 শেয়ার)। কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে তারা শেয়ার ইস্যু করার জন্য সরকারের সংশ্লিষ্ট মন্ত্রণালয় থেকে সম্মতি পেয়েছে।
