BSCPLC Corporate Disclosure — 3 July 2022

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved the agreement of 3.2 million USD (excluding VAT/Tax) between the SMW4 submarine cable consortium and the supplier to enhance 3800 GBPS bandwidth capacity through Upgradation#6 process of SMW4 consortium. Total bandwidth capacity of SMW4 submarine cable of the Company will be 4600 GBPS after successful completion of Upgradation#6 process.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ SMW4 কনসোর্টিয়ামের আপগ্রেডেশন #6 প্রক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে 3800 GBPS ব্যান্ডউইথ ক্ষমতা বাড়ানোর জন্য SMW4 সাবমেরিন কেবল কনসোর্টিয়াম এবং সরবরাহকারীর মধ্যে 3.2 মিলিয়ন USD (ভ্যাট/ট্যাক্স ব্যতীত) চুক্তি অনুমোদন করেছে। আপগ্রেডেশন #6 প্রক্রিয়া সফলভাবে সমাপ্ত হওয়ার পর কোম্পানির SMW4 সাবমেরিন ক্যাবলের মোট ব্যান্ডউইথ ক্ষমতা হবে 4600 GBPS।
