Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 29.12.2021 regarding decision to issue shares in favor Government and subsequent changes in the aforesaid matter, the company has further informed that the relevant division of the government has given consent for the issuance of ordinary shares of 2,21,33,333 at the rate of Tk. 75 (face value BDT 10 and premium BDT 65) amounting total equity money of Tk. 166 crore in favor of the Secretary of Posts and Telecommunications Division of the Government (cont.)

29.12.2021 তারিখে সরকারের পক্ষে শেয়ার ইস্যু করার সিদ্ধান্ত এবং উপরোক্ত বিষয়ে পরবর্তী পরিবর্তনের বিষয়ে ডিএসই কর্তৃক প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্বের সংবাদ পড়ুন, কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে সরকারের সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগ সাধারণ শেয়ার ইস্যু করার জন্য সম্মতি দিয়েছে। 2,21,33,333 টাকা হারে। 75 (অভিহিত মূল্য BDT 10 এবং প্রিমিয়াম BDT 65) মোট ইকুইটি টাকার পরিমাণ টাকা। সরকারের ডাক ও টেলিযোগাযোগ বিভাগের সচিবের অনুকূলে 166 কোটি টাকা (চলবে)
