The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to hold an EGM - 1. To approve the proposed issue of ordinary shares against the equity money received from the Government of Bangladesh: To consider and, if thought fit, to pass with or without modification(s), the following resolution as a Special Resolution: "RESOLVED THAT the consent of the Members of the Company be and is hereby accorded for issuance of 2,21,33,333 ordinary shares (cont.1)
