BSCPLC Announces Management Change

(Cont. news of BSCCL): Existing Rule #148 of the Companies Association Rules regarding appointment of Managing Director of the Company - "Subject to the provisions of section 109 and 110 of The Companies Act, 1994-The Managing Director who will be the Chief Executive Officer of the company shall be nominated by the Government which shall be approved and appointed by the Board of Directors."
