Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 28.12.2023 regarding decision to hold an EGM, the company has further informed that the proposal placed in 2nd EGM of the company held on 15.02.2024 regarding "to approve the proposed issue of ordinary shares against the equity money received from the Government of Bangladesh" has been accepted as Special Resolution.
