Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Bangladesh Submarine Cable Company PLC' instead of 'Bangladesh Submarine Cable Company Limited' and DSE Trading Code for Bangladesh Submarine Cable Company PLC will be ?BSCPLC? instead of ?BSCCL? with effect from May 21, 2024. Other things (except name and trading code) will remain unchanged.
