(Cont. news of BSCPLC): with Paid Up Capital and the Share Premium account of the company respectively. The remaining Taka 25 will be adjusted at later stage in convenient time. Due to the above stated share issue the paid-up capital of the company will be increased to Taka 187,03,88,430 from Taka 164,90,55,100. The newly issued shares will be in lock-in for 03 (three) years according to instruction of BSEC. (end)

(BSCPLC-এর চলমান খবর): যথাক্রমে কোম্পানির পেইড আপ ক্যাপিটাল এবং শেয়ার প্রিমিয়াম অ্যাকাউন্টের সাথে। অবশিষ্ট 25 টাকা পরবর্তী পর্যায়ে সুবিধাজনক সময়ে সমন্বয় করা হবে। উল্লিখিত শেয়ার ইস্যুর কারণে কোম্পানির পরিশোধিত মূলধন 164,90,55,100 টাকা থেকে বেড়ে 187,03,88,430 টাকা হবে। বিএসইসির নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী নতুন জারি করা শেয়ার ০৩ (তিন) বছরের জন্য লক-ইন থাকবে। (শেষ)
