(Continuation news of BSCPLC): NAV per share was Tk. 87.85 as on December 31, 2024 and Tk. 93.06 as on June 30, 2024. Reasons for deviation in EPS, NOCFPS and NAVPS: Basic EPS: The decrease in EPS is mainly due to reduction of revenue in IPLC Rent, IP Transit service, increase in Operation and Maintenance Expenses along with increase in weighted average number of shares due to issuance of 2,21,33,333 new shares in favor of Government of Bangladesh (PTD) on 17 September 2024.
