Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 21.01.2021 and 23.10.2019 regarding Merger with BSRM Steel Mills Limited with a sister (non-listed) Company, the Company has further informed that Board of Directors of Bangladesh Steel Re-Rolling Mills Limited (Transferee Company) has decided to issue 6,25,16,390 no ordinary shares of the Company in favor of the shareholders of BSRM Steel Mills Limited (Transferor Company) as per approval of merger by BSEC.
