(Continuation news of BSRMLTD): BSRM Steel Mills Limited (BSRM SML). As per law BSRM SML is a subsidiary of BSRM LTD. The Board has decided to acquire 100% stake of BSRM SML by BSRM LTD, that means merger of BSRM SML with BSRM LTD by issuing shares against rest of the stakes (around 55.03%) of BSRM SML after completion of all legal and regulatory steps.
