The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has confirmed starting of Commercial Production of its Associated Company BSRM Steel Mills Limited (holding 25.35% of shares) with effect from June 16, 2016. This plant is producing MS Billets with annual capacity of 8,62,000 M.Ton. No financial projection has been made on the basis of present production performance of BSRM Steel Mills Limited.
