BSRMSTEEL Corporate Disclosure — 19 October 2025

The company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved an investment of BDT 200 Crore in BSRM Wires Limited through subscription to its shares. This strategic investment aims to enhance shareholder value by diversifying the groups portfolio into the production of high-quality wire products such as LRPC, Electrodes, ACSR Core Wires, Chain-Link Fence and others. কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ বিএসআরএম ওয়্যারস লিমিটেডের শেয়ার সাবস্ক্রিপশনের মাধ্যমে ২০০ কোটি টাকা বিনিয়োগের অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। এই কৌশলগত বিনিয়োগের লক্ষ্য হল গ্রুপ পোর্টফোলিওকে এলআরপিসি, ইলেক্ট্রোড, এসিএসআর কোর ওয়্যারস, চেইন-লিংক ফেন্স এবং অন্যান্য উচ্চমানের ওয়্যার পণ্য উৎপাদনে বৈচিত্র্য এনে শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের মূল্য বৃদ্ধি করা। (অবিলম্বে ১)
