(Cont. News of BXPHARMA): The Proposed Transaction is for a total of 1,963,241 shares, representing approximately 54.6 Percent of Sanofi Bangladesh's total share capital. Beximco Pharma was selected as the preferred bidder in a competitive process. The remaining 45.4 percent shares in Sanofi Bangladesh is owned by the Government of Bangladesh through Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation (approximately 20 percent) and the Ministry of Industries (approximately 25.4 percent).
