(continuation news of BXPHARMA): Therefore the AGM will be held after closing the accounts on June 30, 2016 and within the calendar year 2016. Record date declared earlier i.e. May 12, 2016, shall remain unchanged. 10% cash dividend declared by the Company will be paid on or before July 04, 2016. The 5% stock dividend will be issued subject to the approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming AGM.(end)
