BXPHARMA Board to Review Delayed Q3 Results for FY 2024–25 on 23 June 2026

The Company has informed that pursuant to the consent obtained from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission vide their letter No. SEC/SRMIC/94-34/Part-X/124 dated June 21, 2026, a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on June 23, 2026 at 3:30 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2025.
