The Company has informed that it has credited the bonus shares for the year ended on December 31, 2014 to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts (except fractional shares). The payment of sale proceeds of fractional shares will be made in proportion to their entitlement in due course. The cash dividend will be credited through BEFTN within stipulated time.
