(Continuation news of CENTRALINS): Note No 42.00 Disclosure of Consolidated Financial Statements (IFRS #10): Investment in Central Insurance Investment Ltd (CIIL) meet the definition criteria of subsidiary company and thus consolidation becomes necessary. The CILL is yet to get licenses from related regulatory bodies and management intends to dissolve the CICL in near future. (cont.2)
