And we could not also be able to verify the inventories physically as on 30 June, 2019 as we were appointed as auditors of the company on 05.10.2019. As such, physical existence with good condition and saleable value of major portion of inventories is doubtful, as movement of inventory were not recorded properly by the company and no valid evidence (cont. 4)
