Advance Tax Tk.227,976,980 and Liabilities for Tax Tk.243,038,359 remain unadjusted in the accounts as a result gross Assets and gross liabilities are overstated. 5. The Bank Accounts of the company was frozen by the Tax Authority, as a result all the transactions both revenue and expenditure were made through cash. (end)
