CENTRALPHL Corporate Disclosure — 14 November 2022

(Continuation news of CENTRALPHL): does not differ materially from its fair value at the balance sheet date. Revaluation of land was made in 31 March, 2014. Factory Building, Plant and machinery & other equipment shows carrying value Taka 265,652,112 but Factory Building & most of the Plant and machinery which were found beyond their repairment stage. No impairment of assets was carried out in compliance with IAS-36. (cont.15)
