(Continuation news of CITYBANK): then, the 3rd quarter-end date of consecutive below-minimum CET-1 Ratio would be considered as the Tigger-Point or Tigger-Date. If the Tigger-Point or Tigger-Date is reached, the shortfall amount to maintain the minimum required Consolidated CET-1 Capital of 4.50% will then the subject to "Conversion to Common Equity".
