The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has recommended early redemption of bank's 1st Tier-II Subordinated Debt (Bond), issued during the year 2014 subject to approval from the Regulatory Authorities. The Company has also informed that as of today remaining principal outstanding of the said Subordinated Debt (Bond) is Tk. 225.00 crore only and it will be redeemed along with accrued and unpaid interest on the date of redemption subject to having approval from the Regulators.
