With reference to their earlier news (disseminated by DSE on 25.02.2016) the company has further informed that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the EGM, which was scheduled to be held on April 13, 2016, has been postponed. The EGM was supposed to be taken place for amendment of the provisions of Memorandum and Articles of Associations for alignment with shareholders Agreement and Subscription Agreement among the Company and IFC.
