(Continuation news of CITYBANK): USD $ 20,000,000.00 with interest rate of 2.75% over 6 months LIBOR (the final loan spread will depend on IFC's assessment of the investment risk and other factors) with maturities fees upto 3 years with a bullet payment at the end.
