The Company has informed that the Trustee of City Bank Perpetual Bond has determined the coupon rate of the bond in line with the approved coupon rate mechanism, which will be applicable from September 01, 2022 to February 28, 2023. Accordingly, it has been determined that the applicable "Coupon Rate" for this period will be 10.00 % per annum.
