(Continuation news of CITYBANK): as against Tk. 4.58 (restated), Tk. 27.27 (restated) and Tk. 11.80 (restated) respectively for the year ended December 31, 2021. Reason for recommending Stock Dividend: Stock dividend has been recommended to strengthen the capital base of the Company for supporting future business growth and also to improve certain regulatory ratios.
