CITYBANK Corporate Disclosure — 26 January 2025

City Bank PLC. has informed that the Bank offered 1:1 right share during the year 2010. During the course of right exercise, the Hon'ble High Court Division issued an injunction order against 3,927,780 shares of Tk. 10 each. The verdict of the Court was to restrain exercise of right shares against the said 3,927,780 shares and also asked to maintain provision for future dividend, which may be declared on the aforementioned shares.
