CITYBANK AGM Disclosure — 19 June 2025

Referring to their earlier news disseminated 30.04.2025 regarding Dividend Declaration, the company has informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the date of the ensuing AGM, previously scheduled to be held on June 19, 2025, has been changed. The Board of Directors of the Bank, in its Board Meeting held on May 12, 2025, has resolved to reschedule the AGM to the following date, time, and venue: New Date: June 29, 2025, Time and Venue: Will be notified later. All other information will remain unchanged.
